Prenatal yoga class for all stages of pregnancy in English
A moderately paced vinyasa flow class for expectant moms that incorporates yoga postures, breathing, relaxation, and meditation.
Pregnancy is a unique and wondrous time in life and Prenatal Yoga is an excellent way to stay physically healthy and emotionally balanced. It addresses the challenges inherent to pregnancy and childbirth while nourishing the mind to prepare for confident labor and motherhood.
Yoga facilitates more comfortable birthing, with postures that open the pelvis and use gravity to your advantage. We put an emphasis on breathing techniques, pelvic floor strength, gentle flexibility, stamina building, restorative poses – and community building.
Every class starts with a “circle time” where students can introduce themselves and may address any pregnancy-related questions, aches and pains they might have. No previous experience of yoga is required, you can start any time.
Join us for this 75-minute class suitable for any trimester to relax and find comfort in your pregnancy.
The course includes 6 sessions and takes place on Tuesday from 5.45 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.
Fee: 84 €.
If you have to miss a booked class and let the office know in advance you can reschedule that session.
