Prenatal Yoga in English for all stages of pregnancy
Gentle yoga based postures, breathing techniques, positions for labour and relaxation. The postures are very gentle allowing women to attend throughout pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga is necessary. In each class, we will have time to talk about pregnancy related issues.
The course includes 6 sessions, each 75 minutes, and takes place on Wednesday from 5.30 p.m. until 6.45 p.m. A weekly start is possible.
